The biggest fear of dyed ribbon is that the color difference between the dyed bulk and the color approved by the customer, so what is the reason for the color difference? Common problems with color difference include: color difference between the sample of the ribbon and the customer's original sample; After the customer approves the color sample, there is a color difference between the ribbon and the bulk ribbon.

The reasons for color difference are generally as follows:

1. Material: The color palette (cloth board) provided by the customer is different from the material of the ribbon, resulting in different reflected color light and color difference; The varying density of the ribbon can also lead to color differences;

2. Differences in dyeing process of ribbon: Different methods of ribbon dyeing result in different quality of dyes, which can lead to color differences; The horizontal color difference between the dyed bulk and the confirmed sample strips, the vertical color difference between each strip, the differences in machine and its conditions, and the color difference between the dyed batches;

3. The characteristics of weaving belts: Cotton belts, organic cotton belts, and bamboo fiber belts require low-temperature dyeing, while polyester and nylon belts require high-temperature dyeing. The different characteristics of raw materials also lead to color differences.

4. Stained Ribbon Bottom: Subsequent dyed bulk orders follow the bottom of the previous batch of bulk orders, which will also cause the color difference between the subsequent bulk orders and the first customer batch of bulk orders to become further and further apart.
