To identify rubber elastic bands and latex jacquard elastic bands, simply remove the head and look. The cross-section of the rubber core inside is circular, which is latex, and square is generally rubber, regardless of the color of the rubber core.
Several types of jacquard elastic bands for various purposes:
1. Reinforced elastic band (Adagio reinforcement): With strong elasticity, it is used for mobile phone bags.
2. Ling Woven Elastic Belt: With strong elasticity, it is commonly used for inserting pens in bags and tying clothes inside.
3. Twill elastic band (single diagonal, double diagonal): With relatively loose elasticity, it is commonly used in products with low quality requirements.
4. Wide elastic band: It is a flat sheet shaped elastic band woven with an odd number of spindles and crossed weaving of traction yarns.
5. Folding elastic band: Press the center line in the middle, commonly used for edge wrapping.
6. Medical supplies elastic band: The pH value is between weakly acidic and neutral, which will not cause skin itching and will not damage the skin's nominal weakly acidic environment of jacquard polyester.
7. Sports elastic belt: It is composed of a yarn warp tube, which forms a weft tube and is inserted into a fixed tooth seat of the weaving machine. The weft tube rotates and moves along an 8-shaped track to pull the yarn to interweave and weave with each other.
8. Binding elastic band: With strong elasticity, it is used for girls' clothing and underwear.
